After submission you will receive a ticket reference code.

Standard support hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 South Africa Standard Time (SAST).

Critical payment callback issues are monitored continuously where possible.

Before you submit a ticket

  • Use the same email every time for faster follow-up.
  • Include your checkout token if relevant.
  • State whether you selected Android Base or Web Base.
  • List any add-ons you expected to be active.
