WEATHER DATA DISCLAIMER Weather data, radar imagery, forecasts, and meteorological information are sourced from third-party providers. We: Do not independently verify all third-party data Do not guarantee accuracy Do not guarantee completeness Do not guarantee timeliness Weather conditions are inherently unpredictable. You agree that reliance on any information provided is entirely at your own risk. 5. OPINION DISCLAIMER Content published by "The Weather Hooligan" represents personal opinion and interpretation. Such content: Is not an official warning Is not professional meteorological advice Is not a certified alert Users must consult official government or meteorological authorities for certified warnings. 6. NO EMERGENCY RELIANCE The Services are not designed for life-critical or emergency decision-making. We do not guarantee real-time alerts. You must not rely on the Services for emergency response. 7. USER ACCOUNTS If accounts are offered: You agree to: Provide accurate information Maintain confidentiality of credentials Accept responsibility for activity under your account We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion. 8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably.
